Noon Eclipse is matured in seasoned 300 litre French and American oak barrels and large (Foudre and demi- muid sized) oak casks for 18 months.

Attractive and complex nose, shoving kirsch liqueur, molasses and earth, along with stravvberry conserve, spice and a hint of graphite/charcoal. Lovely balance and freshness of flavour.
